There are a number of different ways to bind. Some techniques are more successful than others. Some people use crepe bandages, although this can be time-consuming and hot. Others have used tight sports bras and/or tight tee-shirts, although this can also be hot in summer.
Others have tried packing tape and glad-wrap. This is definitely not recommended as it causes skin irritations and tape of any kind can be very painful to remove. Neoprene type back braces work okay, but if worn in hot weather they tend to slide down during the day and can cause excessive sweating.
We recommend you purchase custom-made ‘binders’ from companies who make these specialist item.
